Reminders:

Pick up your dog's mess. If you got surprised by your pooch and ran out of bags (it happens) go get more supplies and return to clean up. Don't be gross and leave that for someone else. We have lots of little kids who enjoy playing in their yards.

Leash your dogs, please. We have had complaints about unleashed charging into yards with kids and other dogs. It's great you can walk your dog off leash, until it isn't. It is also a local ordinance.

Pay attention to the maintenance of your sidewalks. It is your responsibility to fix beyond a lift of 1" or more. See Bath Township webpage for more info

Annual dues increase notice. Plan ahead now for increase to our annual dues in 2027. There hasn't been an increase since 2021. Details were in the email. Reach out and I will send you the plan.

STOP at Stop signs. They are not yields and they are not optional.
