A friendly reminder that this Saturday is HALLOWEEN and there will likely be additional traffic in our neighborhood from 6-8 pm.
While we have street lamps, there will be many dark costumes and lots of excited individuals milling around. Please DRIVE CAREFULLY.
Thank you to all who stopped by the park on September 30th or October 4th, to vote on the proposal to increase our annual dues.
We had 79 homes vote in person and 4 homes by proxy. Quorum was met.
This totals 83 homes, able to cast 2 votes each, for a total of 166 potential votes.
In person YES votes: 135 In person NO votes: 21 Proxy YES votes: 7 Proxy NO votes: 1 Total votes: 163 (we had three homes that chose to only cast one vote)
142 YES. 21 NO
The proposal has passed and moving forward, dues will increase to $175 annually beginning in March of 2027. Look for the Dues letter in late January 2027.
We are currently in process of securing bids for both the snow removal (and salting as needed), as well as for a fall cleanup (once the majority of leaves have fallen), in our common areas.
