Happy almost Fall and Back to School!
A few updates for all:
~We are in the process of bidding out quotes for a refresh of our two main entrances and the park, with an emphasis on lower maintenance.
~As a Board, we have taken steps to cut back/eliminate certain costs. We will be looking at the budget closely to determine if the annual dues at $125 will continue to cover the increasing costs for the coming years.
~We are always looking for help and input on the Board. Reach out with your level of interest.
